Your wellness is the foundation. Invest in yourself and watch how it ripples through your relationships, your relationship with self, and beyond

Let’s be real—life throws a lot at us. Whether you’re stepping into a new role, leaving behind something that no longer fits, or just trying to figure out what the hell is the next step in life, it’s easy to feel stuck or disconnected. Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff, a place of shame or complicated—this is a space where you get to be fully human, no mask, no pressure to have it all figured out.

I especially enjoy working with men and folks who were raised to “tough it out.” Many of us were taught to push things down, stay productive, and avoid being “too much.” I’m here to call BS on that. You’re more than your paycheck, your title, what you produce, or how strong you seem on the outside. I help men heal from toxic masculinity and Machismo by reconnecting with their full selves—emotions, softness, power, and all.

While I recognize that fem identities often are the ones who feel the brunt of toxic masculinity, men are also suffering under the misguided perception of what has been told to them about what a “man” is.  With that, I also help fem identities to identify how they may be supporting this structure that is not helpful for the men in their lives, themselves, or the community at large. We can shift from Machismo to cavarísmo. I am here to help you with that transition.

My style? Straightforward, grounded, and a little playful. I’m not going to sugarcoat things, but I’m also not here to judge. We’ll laugh, get real, and do the kind of deep work that actually shifts things. You don’t have to carry all this on your own. Let’s untangle the expectations that are holding you back and make room for something more true to you.

Background & Experience

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor providing virtual services in Texas, Colorado, and Florida. I’ve worked with kids, teens, adults, and families across a wide range of settings—schools, clinics, correctional facilities, you name it. My background includes supporting people through immigration challenges, legal systems, and serious mental health concerns. Basically, I’ve been in the trenches with folks—and I am honored to have walked this path with so many.

I’m also big on community education. I lead conversations about men’s health and identity, sexual wellness, gender exploration, and non-traditional relationships (yes, we can talk about that). I believe in using play and creativity in therapy at every age—and I’m not afraid to challenge the mental health field where it’s missing the mark, especially for our communities
